Hrbp Area (Human Resource Business Partner)

We are seeking a personable, experienced human resources business partner to join our growing organization. In this position, you will primarily act as a Business Partner for company management on all issues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and change agent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions.Job Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or related field- 4 years of experience in performing wide range of HR generalist duties.- Previous experience in human resources, professional development and training, or employee relations a plus- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Consultancy skills, specifically diagnosis and contracting.- Excellent coaching and relationship building skills.- Solutions orientation balanced with delivery focus- Analytical, interpretative and decision-making skills within a process environment.- Prefered area Jakarta, Jawa tengah, Jawa timur**Job Type**: ContractAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
