An exciting HRBP job has just become available at a globally listed Electronics company based in Jakarta. Reporting to the Business Head, this is the role for a human resource professional who is a leader in their field.
About the HRBP Role:
In this business critical role, you will be a core member of the local Business Management Team. In close collaboration with the HR network, you will provide on-location HR support in the assigned geographic area to employees including managers to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance, and apply HR policies on matters such as labour relations as defined in each country, while ensuring and assuring local compliance.
Key Responsibilities:

Fulfil fiduciary people duties on behalf of the local legal entity and the respective Businesses/Business Lines, ensuring that people practices/policies are in line local labour law, collective bargaining agreements, etc.
Represent the organisation locally, and actively manages partnerships and external stakeholders within the sphere of HR, whenever of significant importance for several local businesses
Implement HR priorities in the organisation in line with group/ global division/global BU/global function and people strategy, covering culture, people, and organisation utilising the existing HR solution portfolio or ensuring to provide new solutions where appropriate. Orchestrate the HR organisation to support and deliver on the defined priorities
Partner with managers and employees in the relevant location to understand current issues that can be supported or resolved through HR practices, processes, or policies. Counsel Managers and employees on the most effective solutions to resolve issues. Acts as consultant, sparring partner, coach, and facilitator to business leaders
Partner with business leaders to understand and identify learning requirements for both individuals and critical populations at a local level. Collaborate with Learning Partners to decide appropriate learning strategies and commission design and execution of customised programs to meet the needs identified. Measure and evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions to demonstrate business impact

To succeed in the HRBP job, you will need to have the ability to work effectively and co-operatively with senior business development teams, across borders and internal matrix.
Key Requirements:
Minimum of eight years' extensive HR Generalist experience working as part of a leadership team
Competence in conducting workplace investigations and good working knowledge of legislation required
Change leadership experience and proven delivery of change implementation
Understanding/exposure to a multinational/matrixed organisation
Solid experience and has ability to build rapport with Union
Collaborative mindset, excellence communication skill and strong business acumen
