Job Description
Handle and oversee all activities related with recruitment, employee’s development, employee’s payroll, HRIS and all activities related with human resources. Support all Manager's activities Act as a bridge between company and employee Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice Ensure all HR procedures complied with Indonesian labor regulation Maintain positive working environment within the company.

Requirements

• Minimum bachelor degree in psychology, law or equivalent

• Minimum working 3 years experience as HR position

• Experience minimum working as Assistant HR Manager or supervisor

• Deep understanding of Indonesia labor regulation
