Hr Supervisor

Job Description:- conduct the onboarding process of new employees, including preparing attendance access rights and providing an understanding of the company regulations and applicable SOPs;- responsible for job grading, job analysis, job descriptions and revising them in coordination with other departments;- ensure each employee's KPI is updated and the KPI is submitted by a predetermined deadline;- create a training and development program, and coordinate and provide the training; and- evaluate the effectiveness of the training and the results for the measurement of the training's benefits and as material for the analysis of future training needs.Qualifications:- a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management with a minimum of 5 years experience;- maximum age: 35 years old;- experience in training and development, talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, and KPI;- fluency in both oral and written English;- proficiency in English, MSOffice and HRIS software.- proactive, independent, motivated with leadership qualities;- hardworking, responsible and able to meet deadlines.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 12 months**Salary**: Rp10,000,000 - Rp12,500,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Do you have experience in create training and development program**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 5 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Application Deadline: 02/18/2024
