Hr Supervisor

REQUIREMENTS:- At least a Degree/S1 in Human Resource Management or equivalent;- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in human resource;- Good negotiation and interpersonal skills to liaise with different levels of staff;- Able to work independently with low supervision;- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Able to multi task while maintaining high level of accuracy- Can Join ASAPRESPONSIBILITIES:- Assist HOD on all human resource activities including employment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitments, insurance, Manpower Planning, training and development;- Manage the HRIS and maintain up-to-date data entries including updating of staff records, onboarding, administration of leave, offboarding, termination, etc;- Advises management and employees on questions or problems relating to human resources;- Prepare on all HR-related letters;- Responsible in coordinating and scheduling of new employee inductions- Administer and monitor performance management processes.- Willing to make visits to all company locations- Willing to be placed in Jakarta & BekasiJenis Pekerjaan: KontrakUpah: Rp6.000.000 - Rp8.000.000 per bulan
