Hr Staff For Driver

**Job Descriptions**:- Searching for driver according to company needs- Register the benefits that will be received by the driver- Prepare every completeness of driver administration- Setting up new members of staff and maintenance of employee data (including preparation/distribution of detailed reports)- Mapping Training Need Analysis (TNA) and syllabus training of driver- Evaluate and providing recommendations for effectiveness of training programs**Requirements**:- Min. 1 year experience in the related field is required for this position- Good interpersonal skill, communication, and presentation skills- Having SIM A and C License- Willing to be placed in **Bayung Lencir, Sumatera Selatan****Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- HR Staff: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- SIM A (preferred)- SIM C (preferred)
