Job Description:
- Idetifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our organization's objectives
- Coordinate with C-Level and manageril level for hiring needs
- Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals
- Investigate employee performance or conduct issues reported by internal team, manager, or C-Level.
- Organize various events and activities aimed at fostering employee engagement and team building.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience 
Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in Psychological, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a FMCG, Start Up, or Outsourcing setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations
