About the HR Service Manager Role:
Reporting to the Head of HR SEA, the key purpose of this role is to plan, administer and manage all HR matters of the company. This includes the implementation and administration policies relating to all phases of HR activities
Key Responsibilities:
Improve and maintain performance management system for an effective review process, with appropriate rewards and benefit scheme, clear identification of training needs and initiate appropriate disciplinary action
Build strong HR structure and organisational culture, in support of business functional needs and address HR-related operational issues
Continuously develop, review, improve strategic and sound HR policies and procedures, and monitor its implementation and adherence
Enhance employees and organisational capabilities and excellence, with appropriate and optimal resource planning, recruitment, training and development and retention of core talent
To succeed in this HR Service Manager role, you must have the ability to work effectively and efficiently, enjoy working around people from all levels and have a good understanding of business needs.
Key requirements:
Degree in Human Resources or relevant field
Minimum of 10 years' work experience in multinational companies
Strong stakeholder management skills
Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
