Join our mission-driven team and contribute to our commitment to quality education guided by Islamic principles.**Responsibilities**:- Ensure strict compliance with employment regulations, teacher and lecturer regulations, and other pertinent laws within an educational setting.- Exhibit strong administrative skills to efficiently manage HR-related tasks and streamline processes.- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the school's values and objectives.- Collaborate closely with various departments to address HR-related challenges and provide guidance.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Law or a related field.- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in HR roles, preferably within an educational institution, especially from an international school environment.- Thorough understanding of employment regulations, teacher and lecturer regulations, and relevant legal frameworks.- Proficient in administration with exceptional organizational abilities.- Demonstrated capability to independently manage end-to-end recruitment processes effectively.- Excellent communication skills and adept at building interpersonal relationships.
