Jobdesk:- Conduct technical & end to end recruitment process for local employees- Partners with all related department to ensure that all manpower request are appropriate as company needs- Coordinate with third party such as school/campus, job portal and etc regarding hiring process needs- Maintain recruitment database and periodic report**Requirements**:- Female- Minimum S1 majoring in Pshychology/HR Management/Law or equivalent- At least 2 years of working experiences as a Recruiter- Experience to conduct psychology tools and interview- Good communications skills in English- Responsive, detail oriented, having good attitude and communication skills- Communicative, conscientious, diligent, & honest- Understanding training & development programs is an added value**Salary**: From Rp5,000,000 per month
