Job Description :
Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and job qualifications.
To achieve staffing objectives within Service Level Agreement (SLA) period based on the position level.
Posting job advertisements, sourcing and selecting candidates, conduct prescreening interview by phone call.
Salary negotiation process: make a salary proposal to be discussed with Management, create Offering Letter, negotiation with candidates.
Approach, connect, and maintain good relationship with candidates for present or future possible opening positions.
New Employee Onboarding Process: give information to candidates about the administration process and documents needed, input, coordinate with General Affairs team to ensure the work facilities is settled, register for employee induction program, and create Surat Penerimaan Bekerja (SPK) to be signed by new employee.• Manage the vacancy details/requisition form from User and study the job descriptions.
Screen the Curriculum Vitae gathered from various media (Jobstreet, Jobsdb, Linkedin, jobfair, email, and reference).
Schedule the recruitment process (psychotest and interview) for candidates (by phone call and email).
Planning and follow up for job fair.
