**Responsibilities**- Analyze Manpower Needs based on Manpower Planning- Making report about recruitment and interview result- Meet manpower needs within specified deadlines.- Manage social media and job portals to enhance the company's employer branding.- Familiar with backup team and manpower planning- Proficient in administrative skills (Ms. Office, Google Workspace, etc)**Qualification**- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position- Have knowledge and able to use various psychological test tools- Having deep knowledge in sourcing strategy for any position level is a MUST- Good communication, multitasking and active- Discipline and focus to the target of fulfilling the employee in any position**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Recruitment: 3 years (preferred)
