A rapidly expanding tech unicorn company is looking for an HR Operations Services International Manager. Global exposure in SEA region is a must and understanding payroll, taxation, and operations area in SEA country is preferred.
About the HR Operations Services International Manager Role:
Reporting directly to the Head of HR Ops, you will lead all operations and services area across Southeast Asia countries. As an HR Operations Services International Manager, you will be in charge of managing the payroll, transaction, international formalities and mobilities, shared services, etc.
Key Responsibilities:
In charge of all payroll, operations, and services as a whole
Monitor internal HR systems and databases globally (Workday)
Review and approve or modify budgets
Design and implement company policies
Monitor key HR metrics
Act as a consultant to managers and staff regarding policies and procedures
Create detailed reports on HR costs
Recommend new software to address personnel needs, like performance review tools
Manage international formalities and affairs
Address employee queries (e.g. on compensation and labour regulations)
To succeed in this HR Operations Services International Manager role, you will need to have the ability to work effectively across borders.
Key Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Operations Manager, HR Manager or similar role, with a minimum of five years in an HR leadership position
Good knowledge of labour law, both in Indonesia and other SEA countries
Hands-on experience with human resources information systems
Experience designing compensation and benefits packages
Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
Team management skills
BSc in human resources management or relevant field
MSc in HR is a plus
