Includes undertaking a range of administrative duties, following processes, and managing HR data & systems to ensure accuracy at all times.This role will report directly to the HR Director**What do you get to do?**- Responsible for the onboarding until the offboarding process of employees.- Responsible for processing monthly payroll and health insurance benefit- Designing and implementing the company's HR policies- Updating and maintaining HR systems, records, and reports with accurate employee data- Processing changes to employee's circumstances, including preparing accurate and effective documentation/communication and updating relevant databases.- Processing leavers, including preparing accurate, relevant documentation and updating systems accordingly- Producing Management Information reports- As the HR Services ensuring that the end-to-end HR process supports a positive employee experience at all times and addressing employees' queries (e.g. on compensation and labor regulations)- Following existing HR processes accurately and challenging these for ongoing efficiencies- Providing ad-hoc administrative support to any of the other HR functions, as necessary and in line with business requirements.- Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.)- Guiding staff and management of company's HR policies and regulations- Assist the HRBP for performance management, employee engagement, employer branding and other related HR projects**What do we look for in you?**- Minimum 3 years experience in HR Operations or Generalist or similar role with minimum diploma graduate- Excellent Microsoft Office skill and experience in Human Resource Management System- Strong data analytical, critical and logical thinking, strong administration skill- Used to working under pressure and to tight deadlines with multiple stakeholders, also able to work in a fast-paced organization- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills- Excellent written and spoken English.**Why Join us?**- Temporary Replacement**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3 monthsAbility to commute/relocate:- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- People Management: 1 year (preferred)- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)- Mandarin (preferred)
