You'll implement career progression frameworks, ensure compliance, and coordinate cross-functional HR projects, driving organizational success and enhancing employee experience.**Responsibilities**:- Facilitating effective contract management procedures to ensure compliance and alignment with organizational policies and legal requirements.- Directing and supervising the payroll administration process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to relevant regulations and company standards.- Proficiently managing the HRIS (Human Resources Information System), including data input, maintenance, and system optimization to support various HR functions and initiatives.- Utilizing advanced analytical tools and techniques to conduct comprehensive HR data analysis, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making and strategic planning.- Proactively managing employee relations matters, fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting healthy workplace dynamics through effective communication and conflict resolution strategies.- Managing compensation and benefits activities, including conducting salary benchmarking exercises to ensure competitiveness in the market.- Implementing job leveling frameworks to establish clear career progression paths and ensure equitable compensation across roles.- Handling the administration of medical insurance programs for employees, including enrollment, claims processing, and vendor management.- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet stakeholder expectations.**Requirements**:- Demonstrated expertise in utilizing Excel for data analysis, reporting, and complex calculations, with a keen attention to detail.- Minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in various aspects of People Operations, including but not limited to, employee relations, and performance management.- Demonstrated experience in overseeing the entire payroll process, from data collection and calculation to disbursement and reconciliation.- Ability to remain composed and focused under pressure, while maintaining a high level of productivity and quality in work deliverables.- Possessing a strong business mindset and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational objectives.- **Work Environment Details**:- Attractive compensation package - competitive salary, flexible bonus scheme.- We are always looking for ways to promote and inspire innovation.
