Services_APAC-E465TSHR Manager - Full Time - Purwakarta, IndonesiaJoin our Services_APAC team within Services division in Indonesia as HR Manager to help us take Sulzer Indonesia to the next level.**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy- Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues- Set up cost-effective and innovative recruitment solutions to attract diverse and high-quality applicants- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization- Nurture a positive working environment- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance- Build up a strong local employer branding in line with group communication for Sulzer and establish a country talent acquisition strategy to ensure efficient talent sourcing- Maintain pay plan and benefits program- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management- Facilitate and assess succession plans for critical leadership positions in the country as required and in coordination with global HRBP(s)- Ensure a consistent and efficient Sulzer onboarding process within country- Attend local management meetings as required and advise on local critical issues- Consult and advise local, Group HR and HRBP as required for specific topics.- Provide general HR / employment law advice, and information to line managers/employees**What you bring to Sulzer**:- BSc degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Law or Business administration- Having minimum 5 years working experience as a HR Supervisor / Manager in multinational company- Having HR Certification will be an added values.- Knowledge of Human Resource management practices.- Soundful networking skill.- Good knowledge of Indonesia Labour Law.- Experience in collecting and analysing data- Familiar working with HRIS and MS Office.**Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
