Hr Manager

Jobs Description:- Responsible for all human resource activities.- Assist and support management and the leadership team with handling and resolving Human Resources issues.- Creating recruitment plans, interview schedules and evaluation standards- Assist with the orientation of new employees, including probation reports and KPI for the employees.- Support current and future business needs through development, engagement, and motivation.- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees.- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.- Provide advice, assistance, and follow-up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.- Prepare and maintain job documentation, job evaluation systems, and other administration.- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. Nurture a positive working environment.Requirement:- At least 10 years of working experience in the same position.- Has excellent knowledge of Manpower Regulation Law and is strong in dealing with industrial relation disputes.- Strong leadership, a positive mindset, and good interpersonal skills.- Good writing and communication skills in English Ability to work well independently with mínimal supervision and think strategically.- Having HRM Certificate from BNSP.
