Our client, a Grocery Store Startup, is currently looking for talent,, as detailed below:**Job description**:Job placement: Semarang, Central Java- Managing end to end HR functions, such as: Manpower Planning, Talent Acquisition, Compensation and Benefits, and Industrial Relation.**Job requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in any related major.- Minimum of 7 years in HR management with 3 years in managerial level, preferably from startup company.- Familiarity with the HRIS platform.- Certified Human Resource Professional is preferred (CPHR) or any related certificate.- Good time management, negotiation skills, communication skills, and a thorough understanding of Indonesian employment terms.- Capable of communicating in both written and verbal English.- Proficient with Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, Power Point).Application Question(s):- Do you have certified as Professional Human Resources practitioner (CPHR) ?**Education**:- S1 (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources Management: 7 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 50% (preferred)
