Hr Generalist (Yogyakarta)

**Location**: Yogyakarta, Indonesia**Responsibilities**:- Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes to fulfill store manpower requirements.- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure timely and quality hires.- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and performance of our retail workforce.- Handle employee relations and address HR-related queries and concerns.- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.- 2-3 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with a focus on recruitment and training, preferably in the retail industry.- Strong understanding of HR best practices and employment laws.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, balancing remote and on-site responsibilities.- Proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail.**Salary**: From Rp1,234,567 per month**Experience**:- Recruitment and Training: 2 years (preferred)Ability to Commute:- Yogyakarta (preferred)Willingness to travel:- 25% (preferred)
