Hr Generalist (On-Site Project Officer)

**Descriptions**:- Handling employee contract (new hire, extend, addendum & termination)- Handling payroll data support (presences, overtime and workdays ratio)- Handling employee benefits data support (BPJS KS & TK, ID card, insurance and reimbursement)- Handling employee compliances (warning letter and coaching & counseling session)- Maintain service & communication with Employee- Arrange interview schedule with user- Organize flow in mass recruitment (walk-in interview)**Requirements**:- Bachelor degree of all majors- 1 - 2 years of experiences as an HR or any related job are preferable- Intermediate or hihger skill of Ms.Excel is a must- Max. 35 years old**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractContract length: 3-12 months**Salary**: Rp5,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per monthApplication Question(s):- Where are you domiciled at the moment?- When were you born?
