We are currently assisting our client from Pipe Manufacturing Industry who is looking for HR Generalist (Mandarin Speaker) to be placed in North Jakarta with following requirements:- Proficient in Mandarin and preferably in English as well- Deep understanding in HR best practices, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and compliance- Minimum bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, business administration, or any other relevant fields- Experienced in HR field for 2+ years, preferably in a China-based company- Communicative and high skills in multi-tasking and interpersonal**Job Description**:- Design and implement HR policies and procedures that support business objectives- Perform budgeting onduct end-to-end talent acquisition process to attract and retain talents- Develop effective performance management programs that align with business goals, including regular feedback, coaching, and mentoring- Resolve and manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions- Ensure compliance with all HR regulations and laws, including labor laws, and implement effective risk management programs- Develop and deliver effective training and development programs as needed- Develop and manage HR metrics and analytic that measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives- Working closely with business leaders to create a culture of high performance, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.**Reference Number**:- 714**Contact Details**:**Profession**:- Human Resource > General HR**Company**:- PERSOLKELLY Indonesia
