HR Generalist - Indonesia(Operations, Recruitment and Onboarding)Food Market Hub offers a unique solution to bring a digital revolution to the F&B industry in APAC.It offers an end-to-end procurement management platform which automates all back-end operations for F&B businesses.Food Market Hub allows restaurants to manage existing suppliers and connect with new suppliers, all while providing a seamless payments option, and minimising food cost and wastage using AI.MODERNISE YOUR F&B BUSINESSImprove the lives of F&B business operators around the worldWe are seeking a HR Generalist whose primary responsibility is managing employees relations and benefits administration; and recruitment.You will be responsible for having overall knowledge of all human resource functions.To succeed in this role, you should be able to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver a more business partnering value to the organisation as a whole.Other HR Operations, Recruitment and Onboarding:- Assist in developing and executing policies and procedures, providing guidance and interpretation to employees for business operations for the Indonesia office.- Manage the employee database and prepare reports and dashboard on general HR activities.- Ensure legal compliance to applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required by the local regulations and government.- Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, and all other employee-relations matters.- Administer employment letters related to confirmation, extension of probation, promotion, transfer, salary change and related letters.- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process including exit interviews and analysis.- Assist in employee engagement activities.- Perform other duties as assigned.Who we are looking for- Verification & Reconciliation of monthly payroll- At least 5 years working experience with 2 years recruitment experience.- Comfortable working with ATS systems and creating JDs.- You are a team player.- You are willing to work in a fast paced environment and build processes from scratch.Power Personality in FMH-Foodies:- Crazy- Curious- Hungry- Humble
