**Our Client Company Type**: Energy**Working Location**: South Tangerang, Indonesia**Employment Status**:Permanent**Reporting Line**: report to the Country Manager & Regional HR Director (both are not Indonesian) and managing 3 Staffs**Requirement**:+ Having more than 8 years proven hands oversee and manage all aspects of Human Resources and General Affairs operations such as: develop and implement HR strategies aligned with international quality standards; lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent; spearhead training and development programs to enhance workforce skills; handle employee & industrial relations, performance management, and HR policies; manage C&B, administrative tasks and ensure compliance with regulations+ Expert with HR principles, labor laws, and best practices+ Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills, strategic management of workforce, strong analytical and problem-solving skills+ Good English with minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources or other related fieldsPay: From Rp30,000,000 per month**Education**:- S1 (preferred)**Experience**:- HR & GA in Energy/Multinational Company: 8 years (required)**Language**:- English (preferred)
