**Requirements**:- Min. Bachelor in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration field of study- Maximum 2 years old- At least min. one year of experience- Proficient in operating Google Sheets andGoogle Docs- Proven experience in invoicing. preferably within an outsourcing or service-oriented environment- Familiar with Click-up Project Management- Strong communication skills, detail-oriented, customer-oriented, and good time management skills- Experienced as a Client Service Representative- Able to join ASAP- Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records- Assist in payroll administration- Manage end-to-end invoicing process- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary data and information for invoicing and personnel administration tasks- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to invoicing and personnel administration- Provide exceptional customer service to external stakeholders, related to invoicing and personnel records.Jenis Pekerjaan: KontrakPanjang kontrak: 9 bulanGaji: Rp6.000.000 - Rp6.500.000 per bulanTenggat Lamaran: 31/03/2024
