**Who we are**Little Wallet is a multi-national fintech startup providing family-oriented services, notably money management and education. We have a small developer team working from Indonesia and planning to expand and grow with the goal of becoming one of the most prominent in the field.**Why should you join us?**- Great company culture- Be part of an expanding team.- This role will make a significant impact on the company overall spirit and growth.**Who are we looking for?**- Someone who is familiar with psychological test tools, procedures and basics of human psychology- Able to use a computer, proficient in the use of office tools (Microsoft Word/Google Docs, Microsoft Excel/Google Sheet) and all the common social media platform (Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)- Able to understand English and preferably able to communicate in English- Good public speaking and have good negotiating skills- Someone with good work ethics and discipline- Willing to work full-time in office in Bandung**Your qualifications would need to be...**- Maximum of 35 years of age- Has a direct experience in HR for at least 2 years- Has a bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology or any field of Human-behavior**What you will be doing...**- End-to-end recruitment process and Human Resources fulfillment for the company- Implementing policies and being responsible for employee's retention- General HR administration from absence, legal documents, reports, etc.- KPI report for each employee- General office administration (inventory report, orders, etc.)- Other administrative work**Salary**: Rp4,500,000 - Rp5,500,000 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Bandung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
