The HR Business Partner is responsible for building positive relationships with internal business partners to diagnose talent and human resource needs based on business requirements, and participating in the development, the integration and the execution of our human resource strategy and ensuring the alignment to the overarching business strategy. This includes anticipating and analyzing problems, developing and implementing solutions, collaborating with business leadership and influencing business strategy.
This role develops and implements Human Resources solutions that drive overall business performance and employee engagement. Operational responsibilities include mentoring to managers in the handling of employee relations, recruiting, selection, career development, organizational planning, talent management, leadership development, legal compliance, safety, training, process improvement, diversity, performance management and general HR management.

Support and guide employees and advise employees are advised on their professional path and/or competency development Insure critical jobs and positions are staffed on time through active management of succession pools and succession plans Support and Coach Managers to improve their managerial quality Internal professional mobility is supported & guaranteed Insure policies are respected, as well as external & internal rules and regulations Maintain trust and confidence in recourse process via the PDP. All cases are treated completely and fairly, whichever the recourse path chosen. QUALIFICATION: Minimum a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred. Background of Minimum 5 years of experience in an HR function is a must preferably in multinational companies.
