- Organize and maintain personnel records, update internal databases including sick and annual leave and prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides;
- Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance;
- Answer employees query about HR-related issues
- Check attendance report of employees;
- Manage compensation and benefit, including calculating payroll & income tax;
- Create regular reports and presentations on HR metrics;
- Recruit new staff;
- Update company policies and company rules;
- Prepare minutes and circular resolution of the shareholders meeting;
- Manage business agreements and contracts;
- Process internal claim/reimbursement; arrange travel arrangement for domestic and overseas, including its settlement of payment;
- Manage other HR & general administration matter.
