- Assisting General Manager in daily operation and responsible for the entire hotel operation within framework as defined for technical responsibilities, administrative & legal responsibilities, talent & culture responsibilities, commercial responsibilities Work Experience
- Minimum 2 years experiences as EAM in 4 stars hotel's
- Strong hotel operational management experience in room division, food & beverage division and other miscellaneous operation department
- Excellent communication, reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language and customer contact skills
- Results and service oriented with an eye for details
- Ability to multi-task, work well in stressful & high-pressure situations
