Responsibilities
• Inspect sites regularly to identify problems and necessary maintenance• Keep Chief Engineer/Assistant Chief Engineer informed of progress of work and any disruptions to service• Conduct preventive maintenance work• Assist in the preparation of utility consumption reports• Maintain a clean and safe work environment• Maintain a schedule of engineering team to ensure all shifts are covered• Provide assistance to other employees and departments• Contribute to the best overall performance department and hotel
Requirements
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity• Good understanding of computer systems such as Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook• Able to maintain positive and productive working relationships• Able to remain calm and courteous in various situations• Able to be efficient and productive in a dynamic environment
