Housekeeping Coordinator - Itc Surabaya

**Job Descriptions**:- Make a work plan for the implementation of cleanliness, pest control, garden maintenance and building sanitation.- Inspect all areas within the building and surrounding areas to ensure standards of cleanliness, tidiness, beauty, and comfort.- Controlling the availability of manpower, equipment, materials for cleaning operations and supervising their use according to predetermined standard procedures.- Carry out supervisory duties on the performance of House Keeping subcontractors.- Make regular reports regarding the implementation of housekeeping activities.**Job Qualification**s**:- Minimum Bachelor Degree from Any Major.- Minimum 3 years of working experience as Housekeeping Coordinator in retail/shopping center.- Able to make Housekeeping Budget and Work plan- Computer literacy (Ms.Office).- Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
