We believe in the value of empowering Health Product Owner with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.**:**Manulife Indonesia Health Product Owner is responsible for evaluating health product proposition, analyzing health product market trends, and providing gap and insights to compete in the market, collaborate with product pricing team to design attractive health proposition as differentiator and work with related other functional teams to develop end-to-end product launching strategy. This includes marketing & communication strategy both for sales force and customer, training and sales tool, and operational and IT.**:**Monitor and track health production, and coordinate with distributions in preparing and design contest of health product on regular basis to increase the sales**:**Individual Accountabilities**:- **Monitoring, tracking existing health insurance products, the sales, the benefits, and coverage to ensure it meets customer needs. If require propose enhancements or improvement or develop new product in fulfilling the future demands.**:- **Collaborate with marketing team conduct comprehensive market research to identify health insurance market trends, competitor's health products and portfolio, customer segment and provide insights and recommendation to grow health business.**:- **Own health product development or enhancement, drive health initiatives, lead the implementation across function and monitor & tracking the progress.**:- **Proactively work with distribution team to initiate marketing program that be able to grow health business including optimize and control the expenses.
