**About the Company**:A Supply Chain Senior Manager opportunity is open at a leading steel industry to optimizing their operations and end to end supply chain process including to ensure the level of quality and compliance management.**Responsibilities**:- Oversees end to end demand forecasting, supply planning, and procurement to ensure resource requirements are satisfied- Strong in Supply Chain Management - Including demand planning, stocks, customers satisfaction, production schedule, factory capacity- Lead proper execution of planning strategies in addition to overseeing activities of the Supply Chain Planning Team and directing the Planners to reach optimal operational efficiencies- Keep detailed records, generate reports, and develop presentations to help management understand the logistics perspective- Coordinate the warehousing activities with the factory (Inbound/picking/storage/outbound )- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions- Handle end to end supply chain and supply planning process- Quality Assurance Management and improve customers experience- Operations Management- Continuous Improvement, Project Management and Strategy Management**Key Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field- At least 15 years of working experience in supply chain especially in steel industry, with working experience in supply chain or supply planning managerial level.- Proficiency in using supply chain management software and quality control tools.- Leadership and team management skills.- Certifications such as Six Sigma, APICS, or ASQ are desirable.- Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills**Call for Action
