Head Of Strategy & Operations

**Responsibilities**:- Lead, manage, and develop business strategies and plans aligned with the organization's long-term goals and objectives.- Guide analytical efforts to support business teams in an unstructured environment, identifying insights to enhance decision-making.- Oversee strategic planning processes, ensuring realistic and achievable goals.- Develop a robust strategy to accelerate business growth by providing an actionable plan to acquire new customers beyond Evermos's current base.- Create tools necessary for teams to operate effectively, including frameworks, reference materials, templates, and more.- Lead P&L target setting, planning, and execution.- Supervise core-business achievement.- Lead strategies to maintain healthy financial and operational aspects of the business.- Monitor team performance, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives.- Foster the team's development, enhancing skills and personal growth.**Job Requirements**- Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic business and operational roles.- Profound understanding of business and strategy.- Experience in roles demanding rigorous analytical problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and effective communication of findings to management.- Proficiency in team management, collaborating strategically across teams, building relationships, influencing management, and setting clear objectives and inspiring strategies for the team.- Adaptability in fast-changing, ambiguous environments with an entrepreneurial approach.- Familiarity with financial metrics.- Sound understanding of P&L accountability.
