**About the Company**:Our client is a healthcare technology platform that provides various features and services to offer customers to consult with doctors and educate customers on various health related information's.**Key Responsibilities**:- Drive company brand, profile, and proposition through Corporate sales in line with the market participation strategy and able to get new clients.- Growing the business and ensuring the corporate's insurance revenue goals are achieved.- Create, implement, and manage expansive and commercial Corporate sales strategy and management plan that delivers growth targets.- Ensure that all sales activities are completed in a compliant way, ensuring that the relevant governing bodies' protocols are fulfilled.- Proactively seek out new business opportunities and work towards achieving agreed new business targets- Clearly communicate the progress of weekly/monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders at relevant meetings- Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally**Key Requirements**:- Strong experience in selling corporate insurance- Proven very strong track record in acquiring new corporate clients for insurance- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.- Excellent in communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills- Strength in problem-solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.- Have managerial experience- An ability to speak fluent English- Fluent understanding of risk and pricing strategy- Strong leadership and team building skill**Call for Action**:
