Our client is seeking for Head of Quality & SHE position. This job will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead quality, safety, health, and environmental initiatives in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) company.- Develop and implement a comprehensive quality management system to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.- Define quality control processes, methodologies, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure quality levels.- Lead quality audits, assessments, and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, production, and supply chain, to establish and maintain rigorous quality standards for products throughout their lifecycle.- Develop, implement, and oversee SHE policies, procedures, and programs to create a safe and environmentally responsible workplace.- Collaborate with regulatory agencies and external partners to maintain compliance and respond to audits or inquiries.- Build and lead a high-performing team of quality and SHE professionals by providing mentorship, coaching, and development opportunities.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field. Advanced certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO lead auditor) are a plus.- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in quality assurance, safety, health, and environment management within the FMCG industry.- Proven track record of successfully implementing quality management systems, ensuring product compliance, and enhancing safety and sustainability initiatives.- Strong understanding of relevant regulatory frameworks and industry standards.- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
