Services_APAC-E465TSHead of Project Management - Full Time - Purwakarta, IndonesiaJoin our Services_APAC team within Services division in Indonesia as Head of Project Management to help us take Sulzer Indonesia to the next level.**Your main tasks and responsibilities**:- Leads a team through the project life cycle by planning, budgeting, scheduling and tracking a project plan and execution to meet customer expectations and comply with commercial agreements.- Define project goals, communicate with stakeholders, team members, vendors, and customers, and manage a project through to its closure.- Provide project reports to Top management and customers, on-time delivery, and be responsible for monitoring and controlling ongoing project costs and margins (quote vs estimate vs budget)- Defining the scope of the project, familiarize himself/herself with services offered by RES, contract terms and condition.- Order booking, managing project resources (including teams and workers) and documenting the progress of the project.- Assessing and mitigating the risk, troubleshooting, and leading quality assurance to delight customers and deliver project margin as committed or even better.- Responsible for billing/invoicing, revenue, and cash collection, updated regularly, and took necessary action to meet the target.- Conduct people and performance review: people development, competency review, succession planning, cross-culture, code of conduct, and compliance.**What you bring to Sulzer**:- Bachelor degree in engineering or in related field- 5 years work related experience mainly in the engineered-to-order and services.- Fluent English- Project management- Computer literate and Microsoft office- Team player- Well organized and structured- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Pro-active and self-motivated mindset- Sense of commercial (financial acumen)- Multi-tasking**Sulzer is an equal opportunity employer.
