Head Of Product - Startup Tech

**About the Company**:Our client is an early stage startup focusing on health and wellness for everyone in Indonesia. They are growing rapidly in the market and offers tech driven experience for their customers.**Responsibilities**:- Build, lead, and manage a team of product managers, designer, researcher, and related personnel to deliver products that satisfy the needs of customers.- Work with various stakeholders to manage product strategy & roadmap based on business strategy and users insights- Manage and oversee product lifecycle end to end process, from concept to launch, across all products/product lines.- Assess product development cycle and define opportunities for improvements.- Support teams in developing ways to evaluate impact on product development sprints.- Drive ideas, solutions and products through leadership and decisive action.**Key Requirements**:- 5+ years of experience in product management with at least 2 years of leading a team- Strong business acumen to drive the strategic product development- Customer-centric mindset with the capability of translating insight into product strategy- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies- Strong data-driven processes to turn a vision into an actionable roadmap- Strong project management skills and attention to detail**Call for Action**:
