Join us to empower more businesses with technology.**Key responsibilities**:- Provide company group-wide leadership and direction on product-engineering security.- Develop and socialize a culture of security that prioritized security across product-engineering organization.- Integrate with risk, compliance, and product-engineering process in planning and operation.- Set up framework and guideline for product engineering security to create or improve processes including but not limited to- Set up quarterly themes and prioritization regarding security initiatives in alignment to company's direction**Requirements**:- Good command of active and passive english- Good grasp of organization dynamic to align and influence various leadership stakeholders.- Excellent strategic communicator including ability to push various product-engineering security agenda.- Good understanding of risk management and compliance aspects of security- Have a good capability to understand organization priorities and goals to reframe security agenda and reprioritize security agendas for maximum adoption.- Comprehensive foundational technical understanding to reason about security.- At least 5 years relevant work experience to indicate understanding about business, operation, engineering, and security.Don't forget to check our Recruitment FAQ at **bit.ly/RecruitmentFAQ-Mekari** (ENG) or **bit.ly/RekrutmenMekari-FAQ** (INA) to find the answers to commonly-asked questions regarding our recruitment process.We wish you the best.
