Head Of Product

Understand the problems, needs, and desires of users in order to formulate a roadmap that gives the company a competitive edge in their market.- Identify resources needed & allocate them in the most effective & efficient way to achieve company goals through the product.- Align product team OKR with the company goals, and make sure each squad is clear on the directives.- Lead, manage and mentor the product team member.- Work closely with other departments to ensure the success of changes.**Minimum Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in any major with 5+ years of experience in Product Management.- In-depth knowledge and understanding of all product-related activities.- Excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven leadership style.- Communication & interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.- Experience in change management and/or an ed-tech company is a plus.
