Your Profile
Mechantronic, mechanic or electrical engineering degree (bachelor). More than 5 years experience in manufacturing with supervising experience, lean manufacturing or similar concepts in production and close to production areas. Computer skill: 3D inventory, AutoCAD & MS Office (excel advance). Understand of TPM & 5S concept. Analytical skill & Problem Solving Analysis Skill. Advance written and conversation in English. Continuous improvement, team oriented, result oriented, quality oriented, enjoy working on the production area, and good leadership.
Your Tasks
Improve production process, support process stabilization, arrange workorder placement, support CC production project, check and approved article production capabilities, bridging communication for production disturbance to other department, leading process engineer team and create production strategic plan. Lead the process of improvement projects to support departmental KPI’s. Perform root cause analysis for recurrent problems and implement/propose solutions. Follow up production KPI’s on a daily base. Lead autonomous maintenance pillar, quality pillar for the department and other TPM activities. Roll-out PP standardization topics within the Indonesian site. Coordinate 5S/GMP activities in the department. In charge of feasibility studies for new products Act as deputy of production manager. Lead and motivate a team of method engineer and foremen. EHS department coordinator
