About the Head of Marketing Role:
Due to excellent results and and future expansion plans, the Head of Marketing will play a key role in the marketing team's continued development and success at Jakarta office.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop both online and digital marketing strategies for business growth

Execute, supervise and review work of lower level marketing execution

Lead and manage the marketing and sales team

Report and analyse performance trends against goals and identify improvement actions

Mentor and develop subordinate’s knowledge and skills

Key Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/IT-related major

At least two years of marketing work experience, including digital marketing

At least two years in a supervisory position

Preferable marketing start-up experience

Excellent in business planning, negotiations, and communications

Fluent in English both spoken and written
