**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with the Head of Commercials to achieve the company's commercial goals- Manage the Marketing team and collaborate with other departments such as Sales and Distribution, Branding, Creative, and Public Relations/Communications to ensure alignment and execution of marketing plans- Project manage campaigns and drive total communication to increase brand awareness and drive revenue growth- Manage overall budget and spending, aligning investment decisions with business priorities and goals- Analyze data, identify trends, and develop action plans to optimize marketing efforts and increase revenue- Cultivate and maintain good relationships within the company with external parties- Stay up to date with the latest marketing trends and technologies**Requirements**:- Minimum of 10 years of experience in marketing, preferably in e-commerce marketing or FMCG- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies- Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze data, identify trends and develop action plans- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence upward, downward, and laterally across the organization and geographic boundaries- Agile, self-motivated, well-organized, and energetic in driving change management- Ability to think strategically and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced and rapidly changing environment- Strong leadership skills and experience in managing a team- Frequent traveling is required**We are all different** - one talent to another - that is how we rely on our differences.
