Transfez - Head of Marketing
Transfez is building a fair financial service for the borderless people. Our mission is to help our customers and communities in which we operate to have easy access to fair financial service, empower them to have control, and eventually improve their financial wellness.
Since our inception nearly one year ago, we have grown rapidly as a key player in the cross-border payment sector in Indonesia. We are regulated by Bank Indonesia in Indonesia, and soon in more jurisdictions. We also are backed by some of the biggest investors in the region.
As our customer base has exploded in the last year, we are now expanding our team to match our own growth. We are looking for team players who are passionate about creating solutions for our customers and communities
Responsibilities:
Analyze consumer behavior and develop a deep understanding of our target audience, their needs, and personas
Lead and implement marketing strategy, brand plans for the?products based on the consumer market, and technical insights
Develop, plan, and execute all digital marketing strategies and initiatives, including paid search, ads, retargeting and display advertising
Ensure our brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts (like events, email campaigns, web pages and promotional material)
Maintain, monitor and optimize performance marketing campaign on our digital channels
Manages marketing analytics and dashboards (e.g. daily data/insights reporting, understanding performance across channels)
Identify opportunities to reach new market segments and expand market share
Coordinate with cross function in regards to promotional activities or/and new product development
Develop a scalable process to experiment with new marketing activities and execute on recurring marketing activities
Monitor competition (acquisitions, pricing changes and new products and features)Manage the co-creation of marketing and partnership program from end to end with help from other marketing team
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing Communication is preferred / Bachelor or master degree in Marketing / Public Relation / Marketing Communication
At least 5 years experience as Marketer and having experience as Head of Marketing
Leadership skills with the ability to set and prioritize goals
Strategic thinker, creative mindset, and strong business acumen
Deep analytical skills and ability to translate the analysis into an actionable plan
Familiarity with updated marketing trends and best practices
Ability to be agile and flexible in adapting to a dynamic environment.
Have experience working in a growing startup is a plus
A direct and open communication style, and strong interpersonal skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability, with good attention to detail
Excellent communication in Bahasa and English
