**Job Summary**:With numerous activities, products, portfolios and partners to manage, legal risk is inherently part of the operating environment of a digital bank. Managing it is key to the reputation of the Bank.**Major **Responsibilities**:- Drive mitigation of legal risk throughout all of the Bank's operations including processes, products, partnership and vendors.- Ensure product, marketing offerings and contractual obligations prioritize customer protection and protect the Bank's interests.- Advise and support the BoD and BoC with matters pertaining to legal and other related matters.**Requirements**:- A minimum of 10 years hands-on banking experience as a Legal counsel.- Experience in digital banking and/or financial technology companies will be a significant plus.
