DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN General JD : The Head of Group HR will be responsible for the direct oversight of a team HR at Corporate Head-Quarters. This team will be responsible for the setting-up, monitoring and implementation of group HR Strategic polices as well as the HR Operation for the entire CCM organization of about 61 subsidiaries and associates comprising more than 40,000 employees globally.

Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.

At least 25 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Work experience as a Head of HR Operations or similar role

Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives

Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices

A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element

Excellent organizational and leadership skills
