About the Head of HR Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this position will be responsible for the company’s human resources strategy, framework and systems, ensuring they are aligned with the business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide strategic human resources leadership to the executive management and the human resources functions in the operations

Lead the change management process to reorganise the organisation

Drive transformation throughout the organisation

Foster sound relationships between management and internal stakeholders

To succeed in this role you must have 15 years of solid HR experience including three years at a management position.

Key Requirements:

Experience leading the HR function for a company or division which employs at least 1,000 people

Transformational leader and innovative strategic thinker

Strong analytical and business acumen skills

Excellent communication ability, both verbal and written

Excellent stakeholder management skill

Solid knowledge of human resources best practices and statutory requirements
