Responsibilities
• Conduct weekly meetings with each business unit• Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions, programs, and policies• Manage and solve complex employee relations problems• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees• Provide daily performance management guidelines to line management• Establish cooperation with management and employees to improve work relationships• Develop contract requirements for new employees, promotions, and transfers• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructuring, workforce planning, and succession planning• Identify training needs for business units and individual executive coaching needs• Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success• Develop the recruitment process and life-cycle, including sourcing, qualifying, offer management, and onboarding process• Designed recruitment strategy, including employer branding strategy and comprehensive recruitment campaign planning• Developed the Learning & Development strategy, policies and processes, and facilitated the training program
Requirements
• Minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience in human resources management• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the top human resources leadership role• 5 years of leadership experience with global scope• Ability and willingness to manage responsibilities with stakeholders across multiple time zones• Strong project management and organizational skills• Expert knowledge of human resources strategies, processes, policies, and laws• Graduate degree preferred but not required
