Launched late last year, AgriAku's mission is empower mitra through sustainable, inclusive and profitable technology business models.**Job Description**:- Participate in the development and implementation of key customer focused strategies and tactics for the brand- Drive market opportunities identification and revenue maps- Own P&L, including forecasting monthly and quarterly business reviews- Manager key initiatives, projects and analysis to support companu and franchise priorities- Resposible for advisor engagement in program that drive practice growth- Monitors daily sales and product performance, proposing proactive and corrective measures such a targeted promotions, staff training, create and execute tools that will aid in the monitoring of operations in the various territories by weekly reports, conference call and qualitative analysis- Participate in the brand planning process for the brand and own key sections of the plan- Manage A&P for key responsibilities associated with position- Manager cross functional teams, which may include Research & Development, Marketing, Sales, Packaging, Operations, Purchasing, Finance and Planning**Qualifications**:- Has an experince in this field at least 5-7 years, franchising or Agriculture experience preferred- Degree/Master in Business- Strong system knowledge (territories, channel dynamics, consumer & shopper behaviour)- Good understanding about brand strategy and able to drive product- Must be experienced organizational leader, demonstrating great leadership, sales, presentation and professional communications skillAdditional Information
