SUMMARY OF THE ROLEJotun is expanding rapidly in Indonesia and seeking a dynamic and ambitious professional to lead the Factories Operations department as the Head of Factories Operations. The role involves leading and managing Factories Operations in 3 separate sites (WB, SB, and Powder) with key functions of HSEQ, Production, Maintenance, and Projects reporting in. The key responsibility will be to develop the Factories' operations and organization in these 4 areas, based on Jotun's values and in accordance with agreed objectives and guidelines, to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality products and services to our customers while maximizing Operations efficiency.This position will be based in Cibitung, Bekasi Regency, Indonesia, and report directly to President Director of PT.
