The Opportunity
The customer is the focus of everything we do, and millions of end users rely on our products daily. We believe in the value of empowering Head of Experience Monitoring and Study with the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you. Responsibilities Regular Policyholder experience monitoring (lapse, partial withdrawal, mortality & morbidity claim)
Work together with Inforce Management team and provide signal to management for immediate action if there is any observation on adverse experience
Conduct experience study and recommend best estimate assumptions
Support other team such as Pricing or Inforce Management on policy holder experience analysis
Provide regular coaching to team member to discuss team development and career aspiration
How will you create impact?
This position is important and will be the key person in delivering Experience Monitoring and Study results and provide insight to management on the emerging experience. This position will have exposure to work closely with other function such as Pricing, IF Management, Distribution Channel and Regional Counter Party. Report to Chief Actuary. What motivates you? What we are looking for Minimum bachelor's degree
Fellow of Actuarial Organization (e.g. FSA / FSAI) with minimum 6 years' experience in actuarial fields. Preferably has experience in Actuarial Valuation.
Proven leadership skills, Minimum 2 years' experience of leading a team
Develop communication and relation skills
Fluent in English
